Al Duce

Allen Duce, President, Principle

Al, as President, is responsible for the overall Management of McCarthy-Duce Sales. With over 36 years in the business, Al recognizes the sales as only the first step. He believes it is the attention to the maintenance and service of an account that is the key to cementing relationships and ensuring continuity of customer satisfaction and manufacturers growth. In addition to Al's responsibility as President, he has key account responsibility for Menards.

Kelly Griffin

Kelly Griffin, Vice President, Principle

Kelly joined McCarthy-Duce Sales in 1989 after spending ten years as a buyer for Target Stores and Payless Cashways. Immediately before joining our agency, Kelly was National Sales Manager for Power Sentry. With a significant broad background in both sales and buying, Kelly's 27 years of experience have been useful in developing many of our lines to multi-million dollar levels in his key accounts: Target Stores and Menards.

Brian Heiser

Brian Heiser, Vice President, Principle

Brian has worked his entire career as a manufacturer's representative. With over 30 years of experience in this market, he has developed a keen understanding of the customers in the territory. Brian uses this experience in the management of our retail store services and the development of successful sales programs with his key accounts: Menards, Mills Fleet Farm, Blain Supply, Northern, and Fingerhut.

Kent Althoff

Kent Althoff, Salesman

Kent began his career with McCarthy-Duce Sales over 20 years ago, managing all of our in-store service efforts. Due to his aggressive efforts and successes, he was promoted to key account sales responsibilities 15 years ago. Kent brings valuable knowledge of the retailer's needs to his key accounts: United Hardware, Mid-States Distributing, Mills Fleet Farm, Shopko, Business Incentives, and Running's Supply.

Scott Duce

Scott Duce, Salesman

Scott worked for McCarthy-Duce Sales while completing his college degree. As a graduate of Hamline University in 1994, Scott has spent the last 13 years developing new business and working toward continued growth with existing customers. Scott's key accounts are Target Stores, Home of Economy, Northern Tool, L & M Supply, Acme Electric and other accounts in Northern Minnesota and North Dakota.

Tom Boecker

Tom Boecker, Salesman

Tom managed our service effort very successfully for over three years. Due to his success and hard work, he joined the sales staff in 1997. Prior to joining our team, Tom worked as a hardware manager for Knox Lumber. His 13 years of experience has helped his key accounts reach new sales levels. Tom's key accounts are Blain Supply, Campbell Supply, Bomgaars Supply, Shoppers Supply, Norby's, Theisen's and United Building Centers. Tom also covers accounts in Southern Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

Laurie Dosdall

Laurie Dosdall, Customer Service/Secretarial

Laurie handles primary customer service for Target, United Hardware, Fingerhut, Menards, and Best Buy. Her 25 years of experience and understanding of what customer service means translate to true customer satisfaction.

Ann Irvine

Ann Irvine, Customer Service/Secretarial

Ann is responsible for data entry and supports our customer service efforts. Ann provides primary customer service support for Menards, Target, L & M, and Home of Economy.
